Joy and Fun

Joy is not a luxury — it’s leadership fuel.

Somewhere between the policies, the pressure,
the deadlines and dysfunction…
I forgot how to laugh.
How to take up space with lightness.
How to lead without carrying the world on my back.

But I’m done wearing burnout like a badge.

Because joy is not the opposite of responsibility, it's part of resilience.
Fun doesn’t weaken leadership; it revives it.

So I’m choosing to dance between the data,
to smile in the middle of systems change,
to reclaim play as a leadership strategy.

Because when joy walks back into the room —
so does creativity, clarity, and calm.

Leadership isn’t just about outcomes.
It’s about the energy you carry.

Let’s not just do meaningful work —
Let’s enjoy being the ones who get to do it.
