These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of coaching, mentoring, consultancy, and related services (“Services”) delivered by Munroe Consultancy Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By booking and paying for any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 We provide coaching, mentoring, training, consultancy, and related professional services as described on our website or agreed in writing.
1.2 All sessions are delivered online or in person (where agreed) and scheduled in advance.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 All sessions, packages, or programmes must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Payments are accepted via [PayPal/Stripe/Bank Transfer – insert chosen method(s)].
2.3 No session will be confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellations by Client:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of any booked session.

• Where notice of at least 48 hours is given, you may reschedule the session by mutual agreement.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, are non-refundable.

3.2 Rescheduling:

• Rescheduled sessions must be agreed between both parties.

• A credit will be applied towards another session within the same programme/package.

• Credits must be used within 90 days unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Cancellations by Munroe Consultancy Limited:

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible.

• You will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit.

• In exceptional cases, a full refund may be issued.

4. Refunds

4.1 Except as set out in clause 3, payments are non-refundable.
4.2 Packages or programmes purchased are deemed a commitment to complete, and refunds will not be issued for unused sessions.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to attend sessions on time and to participate fully.
5.2 Coaching and mentoring are collaborative processes; results are not guaranteed and depend on your engagement, actions, and follow-through.
5.3 You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We are not liable for outcomes arising from coaching or consultancy.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 All information shared in sessions is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm.
6.2 We may use anonymised feedback or case studies for marketing or learning purposes, with your consent.

7. Liability

7.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Services.
7.2 Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials provided during sessions, programmes, or workshops remain the intellectual property of Munroe Consultancy.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
