Laughter Is a Feast

Laughter is not a distraction
it’s a return.

To breath.
To being.
To something more alive than the inbox ever offered.

It bubbles up in the middle of the mess,
uninvited but healing.
A rebel act of joy
when the world says “be serious.”

We feed the soul
when we let go for a moment
when we dance offbeat,
laugh until we lean on each other,
tell stories that don’t solve anything
but soften everything.

The soul isn’t nourished by output alone.
It’s fed by moments.
By delight.
By presence.

So laugh loudly.
Eat slowly.
Love deeply.
Breathe fully.
