Healing and Leadership
Leadership, they said, was standing tall.
But I learned it starts
when you first learn to fall.
When your body says stop,
but your spirit still burns,
and rest becomes
the way power returns.
Healing is holy.
Not passive. Not weak.
It’s the silence
where truth begins to speak.
The pause before action.
The breath before pace.
The courage to lead
from a slower, wiser place.
Because healed leaders lead differently.
Not to impress — but to lift.
They build not empires,
but legacy shifts.
So if you're healing,
but still called to guide —
Know this:
You’re not behind.
You’re being fortified.
